1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZeroEdit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroEdit is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates faceless short-form videos from text topics. The Service includes script generation, voiceover synthesis, stock footage selection, and video rendering.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Current plans include Starter ($5/mo for up to 3 watermarked videos) and Pro ($0.99 for 7 days, then $29/mo). A payment method is required for paid plans, including Pro's intro period.

5. Pro Intro Period

Pro is offered as a paid intro: $0.99 for 7 days, then $29 per month. A card is required at signup — this is not a free trial and not a no-card trial. If you do not cancel before the intro period ends, your payment method will be charged the Pro monthly rate.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the videos you create using ZeroEdit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including ElevenLabs (voice), Pexels (footage), Stability AI (images), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZeroEdit is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
